    The place was fairly clean and gorgeous, it had welcoming staff in all areas. There were airy and unique rooms with a neat bathroom. Location: the hotel was close enough to Dubai for business and modern Dubai and the restaurants. Furthermore, close to the fountain

    Its breakfast could have been included in rates.

    It's a very beautiful hotel. As requested, we were given a room overlooking the city and bay. It takes no more than 25 minutes to get to Dubai Airport by taxi, it takes more than an hour to get to Al Maktoum Airport, you should pay attention to which airport you are arriving or vice versa. I really liked the pools that work properly. In the morning, with a view of the city but as the sun goes down, they suggest going to the pool on the other side of the hotel. service staff is very polite. You can order a meal by the pool. Clean, spacious rooms. Clean venue. spacious rooms, worried about his job. There's a subway next to the hotel, we didn't use it. Swiss are quick to call a taxi, so Uber isn't needed. There's a frame of Dubai next to the hotel. You're welcome to visit. Burj Khalifa is 25 miles away by taxi. Everywhere you can pay with a card (and in a taxi too), so it makes no sense to change a lot of local currency.

    I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and offering help wherever they possiability can ! I have stayed in other hotels in dubai where I thought everything was excellent ! but I am to stay at the Fairmont again it's because the staff made it so accomodating !

    Recommend it for the discerning traveler

    So let me tell you, the staff was unreal. I was celebrating my birthday and they decorated my room like it was a big deal, like I was family. Plus, every morning, I enjoyed this very nice breakfast buffet where they remembered my favorite coffee just like that.

    Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap but, you know, you get what you pay for.

    Quality Hotel, very well put together with nice deisgns, decor and layout.

    (1) On checking in the rooms were not ready, which was ok since we arrived early afternoon. We signed all the forms, credit card payment approved etc and advised the rooms would be ready within 2 hours. When we returned more than 2 hours later, it had taken the reception staff too much time to find our paperwork and finally hand over our bedroom keys. (2) Exchange rate absurdly uncompetitive and whilst I do not expect to secure the best rate from a hotel, I do not like being ripped off (3) Night Club at the rear of the hotel, although I understand this is not under Fairmont hotel management, it was recommended by the hotel staff and found the doorman undecessarily rude and obnoxious as out attempts to seek enrty were denied without just cause. This does not reflect well on Fairmont when you consider this facility if also part of the same building.

    I liked everything from the reception desk, rooms, restaurant and the most importantly the staff. It is very friendly, attentive, warning. I would like to thank the staff of the Fairmont Dubai Hotel in particular Mohammed, Shahnazu and Souala for their attention and hospitality. The rooms at the hotel are very comfortable, quiet, noisy and isolated at the highest level, they are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily, hygiene products are always reported as needed, bed linen is not known as others, but we have changed. Separately, I want to tell you about breakfast in the restaurant: the buffet is very diverse. Starting with hot, second courses, salads, snacks, slices, fruit, pastries. In short, you can eat until you fall. Staff, as well as everywhere in the hotels are attentive, polite. If you still want to visit Dubai, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

    The fairmont twin room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. I want to give a special shoutout to mr jai from housekeeping. He was friendly and. The location is great too, with easy shuttle service to nearby attractions!
